Use of the site

By accessing or using 55 Club at 55clubplay.in.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55 Club and apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Intellectual property

All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 55 Club or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Ownership and trademarks

The 55 Club name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and trade dress are the exclusive trademarks of 55 Club. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, logo, or trade name displayed on the Site. Any goodwill generated from use of 55 Club's marks inures exclusively to 55 Club's benefit.

Limited licence to users

55 Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce or resell any portion of the Site's content for commercial gain, create derivative works, reverse-engineer any underlying software, or remove any proprietary notices or watermarks from content downloaded from the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 55 Club, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if 55 Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 55 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Third-party services and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party payment platforms commonly used in India, including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI. 55 Club is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Disputes arising from third-party transactions must be resolved directly with the relevant provider, and 55 Club accepts no liability in connection with such disputes.
